         December 19th, last full day of school before Christmas Break! Sadly I'm the daily blogger today. It has been a pretty fun day so far. In first period I had history. We planed all the things that we would do at our party tomorrow. Then I came to English Class. We finished our book Bronx Masquerade by Nikki Grimes. We only had two more pages to read. Next we handed in our evidence of learning for poetry.

We did an iPad activity which included poems from the book we finished. We saw some examples of what we were going to do. They showed the symbolism in the poems giving us ideas. We choose our favorite poems from the book and then we drew sticks to see who got to choose their poem first. We got our iPads and got to work.


     The next class of the day was reading. We had read the book The Outsiders so we are watching the movie now. The rest of the day was full of test and handing in papers. Its just that end of the semester rush.
